Mango Pineapple Salsa
1 cup diced pineapple
1⁄4 cup diced red onions
1⁄4 cup diced red bell peppers
1 tsp BoCa Flavor Taíno Spice
1 tsp chopped cilantro
1⁄2 tsp lime juice
Salt (to taste)
Beverage Complement: Flavour De La Baye Frozen Rum Punch Cocktail
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, except salt, until well combined. Taste, add salt if needed.
- Place in an appropriate serving dish, garnish as desired and serve with your favorite chips (yucca, plantain, potato, corn, etc.)
