Barbecue Glazed Meatballs
2 tsp BoCa Flavor Taíno Spice
1 cup Flavour De La Baye Chipotle Tamarind BBQ Sauce
1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
1⁄4 cup water
1 tsp cornstarch
Beverage Complement: Flavour De La Baye Rum Punch Martini
- Partially thaw meatballs, then sprinkle Taíno Spice over meatballs to coat. Cook according to manufacturer’s directions.
- Combine Flavour De La Baye Chipotle Tamarind BBQ Sauce with apple cider vinegar, water and cornstarch. Mix until cornstarch is completely dissolved and mixture is smooth.
- Place in a small saucepan on medium heat, cook until the cornstarch is cooked out, mixture should be smooth and glossy. If mixture is too thick, gradually add a little water until desired texture has occurred.
- Gently coat meatballs and serve with your appropriate side dishes. Enjoy!
