Barbecue Glazed Meatballs

10 ounce package frozen meatballs of your choice
2 tsp BoCa Flavor Taíno Spice
1 cup Flavour De La Baye Chipotle Tamarind BBQ Sauce
1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
1⁄4 cup water
1 tsp cornstarch


Beverage Complement: Flavour De La Baye Rum Punch Martini


  1. Partially thaw meatballs, then sprinkle Taíno Spice over meatballs to coat. Cook according to manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Combine Flavour De La Baye Chipotle Tamarind BBQ Sauce with apple cider vinegar, water and cornstarch. Mix until cornstarch is completely dissolved and mixture is smooth.
  3. Place in a small saucepan on medium heat, cook until the cornstarch is cooked out, mixture should be smooth and glossy. If mixture is too thick, gradually add a little water until desired texture has occurred.
  4. Gently coat meatballs and serve with your appropriate side dishes. Enjoy!
