Bang Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
1 lb. peeled, deveined, and tail-off Shrimp
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
3 teaspoons Taíno Spice

For the Sauce
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chili sauce
sriracha sauce
1/4 tsp of Taíno Spice
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chili sauce
sriracha sauce
1/4 tsp of Taíno Spice
For Plating
6 - 8 butter lettuce leaves
Taíno Spice for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
- Coat air fryer in olive oil and turn it on to heat up
- Sprinkle olive oil and Taíno Spice liberally on shrimp and place them in a single layer in the air fryer for 4 - 5 minutes
- Combine the bang bang sauce ingredients by mixing mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and Taíno Spice together and set aside
- Brush bang bang sauce on shrimp in the air fryer and continue to air fry for 4 more minutes
- Once shrimp is done, serve in lettuce and sprinkle with some additional Taíno Spice for garnish
